Save recordings in a cloud or FTP server

Choose your device: 

To save your recordings into a Dropbox or FTP server as backup

Use the recorder: 

Dropbox: 

1. Drag your mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen and click on the leftmost icon .

2. Click on Settings.

3. Enter your password and click Unlock.

4. Then click on Disks and Cloud.

5. Configure the email access with your own mail account and save.
6. Navigate to the submenu Cloud choose dropbox in the dropdown menu and activate it.
7. You will receive a confirmation email which leads you through the next steps to connect your dropbox account.
8. Navigate to the submenu schedule and adjust the desired backup channels, types and times.

FTP:

1. Drag your mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen and click on the leftmost icon .

2. Click on Settings.

3. Enter your password and click Unlock.

4. Then click on Disks and Cloud.

5. You can skip the email configuration and navigate to the submenu Cloud.
6. Choose FTP or SFTP in the dropdown menu
7. Enter all the FTP server configuration details and click save.
8. Navigate to the submenu schedule and adjust the desired backup channels, types and times.

Use the computer client:

Dropbox:

1. Recorder and PC must be in the same local network
2. Click Remote settings .
3. Navigate to System -> Information and write down the number shown next to IP Adress.
4. Navigate to Storage -> Cloud
5. You can skip the email configuration here and click on the submenu Cloud.
6. Choose Dropbox from the dropdown menu and click on Activate Cloud.
7. A new browser window will open asking for the previously noted IP Adress.
8. After entering it you will be asked for the current recorder login details (Username and password).
9. The page will redirect you to the dropbox website where you can access your account and link it.
10. Back in the client menu you can now press Save and your dropbox is linked and activated.
11. Click on the submenu Schedule at the top to select the desired recording channels, types and times.

FTP:

1. Click Remote settings .
2. Navigate to Storage -> Cloud
3. You can skip the email configuration here and click on the submenu Cloud.
4. Choose FTP or SFTP from the dropdown menu. 
5. Enter all the FTP server configuration details and click save.
6. Click on the submenu Schedule at the top to select the desired recording channels, types and times.
