Set the static IP address of the recorder

1.  Drag your mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen and click on the leftmost icon .

2. Click on Settings.

3. Enter your password and click Unlock.

4. Navigate to Network and then choose General.

5. Deactivate the DHCP option and enter your network configuration.

6. Click Apply to save your configuration.

If you want to assign a static IPv4 address to your recorder and receive a message "Incorrect IPv6 parameters" and do not use IPv6, please proceed as follows:

1. Drag your mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen and click on the leftmost icon.

2. Click on Settings.

3. Enter your password and click Unlock.

4. Navigate to Network and then choose General.

5. Deactivate the DHCP option and click on Reset in the lower area.

6. Enter the following value in IPv6 address and IPv6 gateway 2000: 0: 0: 0: 0: 0: 0: 1 (standard IPv6 address of the Bascom recorder).

7. Then add your IP configuration and click Apply.
