Motion detection does not record motion

If there is no recording despite the motion detection being set, please check the following points.

 

1. Is motion detection activated?

Check the points in the following entry "Motion recording".

If motion detection is already activated, deactivate it and then activate it again.

 

2. Has a range of motion been set?

Check the points in the following entry "Detection area settings".

If the range of motion is set, reset it to the original state. Then deactivate and activate the movement area again.

 

3. Check the sensitivity of the camera

Check the points in the following entry "Adjust sensivity".

Depending on the distance and structural conditions, the sensitivity of the camera when detecting motion may have to be increased. Gradually increase the value (8 is the most sensitive value). 

 

4. Restart the camera

If the problem persists, restart the camera.
