Camera reboot

If the camera image is frozen, this fact is eliminated by restarting the camera.

 

Use the recorder 

  1. Drag your cursor to the bottom of the screen and click the leftmost icon mceclip0.png.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Enter your password and click Unlock.

  4. Click System  and then click Camera Maintenance.

  5. Select Reboot IPC in the upper area.

  6. Click on the desired channel of the camera and click on Reboot IPC in the lower area.

  7. Enter your password and click Authenticate.

  8. The camera now restarts. This process can take several minutes.

 

 

Use the computer

  1. Click Remote Settings mceclip1.png.

  2. Navigate to System and then IP Camera Maintain.

  3. Click on the desired channel and then click on  IPC Reboot.

  4. Confirm the following message with OK.

  5. The camera now restarts. This process can take several minutes.
