Adjust zoom and focus

Use the recorder 

  1. Click with the left mouse button in the camera image to be adjusted in the live view.

  2. Click on the menu item in the middle Zoom Lens Configuration.

  3. If necessary, enter your password if you have not unlocked the recorder beforehand.

  4. With the left mouse button  press and hold the + or - button behind the Zoom menu item to adjust the zoom.

  5. With the left mouse button  press and hold the + or - button behind the menu item Focus to adjust the focus.

  6. The "Speed" setting regulates how fast the camera zooms or focuses. The higher the value, the faster the camera zooms or focuses. 

  7. Depending on the camera model, the camera lens can be calibrated automatically using the Restore option.

 

 

Use the computer

  1. Double-click in the live view to enlarge the desired camera image.

  2. Then click the camera settings icon mceclip0.png on the left.

  3. Click with holding down the left mouse button on the + or - icon next to the lens  mceclip1.png  to operate the zoom.

  4. Click with holding down the left mouse button on the + or - icon next to the focus  mceclip2.png  to shift to the camera's focus.

  5. The + and - scale above the lens determines how fast or slow the focus or zoom is carried out.

  

 

Use the smartphone

  1. Double-tap the desired image of the camera in the live view.

  2. Select the dome camera icon in the right corner.

  3. Tap and hold the + or - button behind the Zoom menu item to adjust the zoom.

  4. Tap and hold with the + or - button behind the menu item Focus to adjust the focus.
