Detection area settings

Choose your device: 

You can set the sensitivity for motion detection for each camera separately.

If needed you can also use privacy zones to hide specific areas.

Use the recorder

1. Drag your mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen and click on the leftmost icon .

2. Click on Settings.

3. Enter your password and click Unlock.

4. Navigate to the Cameras menu and then Motion Detection.

5. Click the cogwheel under Settings and choose the desired camera channel.

6. Click Select All to include the entire area in the survey. Click Delete all to successively add the area for the entry.

7. Use the left mouse button to mark all the squares you want in the displayed camera image by capturing the movement (red), all transparent squares are excluded from motion detection.

8. Exit the menu by clicking the right mouse button.

9. Then save the settings with Apply.

Use the computer

1. Click on Remote setting .

2. Navigate to Channel and then to Motion Detection.

3. Select the Channel you want to edit and activate the Activate option.

4. Use the left mouse button to mark all the squares you want in the displayed camera image by capturing the movement (red), all transparent squares are excluded from motion detection.

5. Save your settings with Save.

Use the smartphone

1. Tap Settings .

2. Tap on Recorder Settings and then on your recorder.

3. Select Motion and tap Area Setting.

4. Use your finger to mark all the squares you want in the displayed camera image by capturing the movement (red), all transparent squares are excluded from motion detection.

5. Tap Back.

6. Tap Save to save your settings.
