If you use a Google account, please check the following settings:
1. Access your Google account.
2. Click Security in the left navigation pane.
3. At the bottom of the page, in the Unsafe Access Applications section, click Enable Access. If it doesn't appear, your administrator may have disabled access to the less secure application account.
Settings in the Bascom client
1. Click on Remote setting .
2. Navigate to Network and then Email.
3. Activate the Email option.
4. Enter the configuration of your email provider in the appropriate fields.
5. At Receiver1, enter the email address to which the notifications should be sent.
6. Click on Save.
