Camera firmware upgrade

Please follow the steps as described below to perform the firmware upgrade of your camera. You will receive the latest firmware upgrades via mail from our customer support. 

Perform firmware upgrade

1. Unzip and copy the firmware (file extension .sw) to a USB stick and connect it to the recorder.

2. Drag your cursor to the bottom of the screen and click the leftmost icon .

3. Click on Settings.

4. Enter your password and click Unlock.

5. Click System, and then click Camera Maintenance.

6. Select Upgrade, select the desired camera and click on Selectfile and select the file from your USB stick.

7. Click OK and then click Camera Upgrade .

8. Enter your password for authentication.

9. The camera will restart automatically.
