Image transmission stops or is choppy

Choose your device: 

If there are image dropouts or image interference, the transmission speed can be adjusted in the recorder.

Use the recorder

1. Drag your mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen and click on the leftmost icon .

2. Click on Settings.

3. Enter your password and click Unlock.

4. Navigate to the Record menu and then to Streams.

5. Set the FPS of the desired channel to 15.

6. Set the bit rate to 1024.

7. Save the settings by clicking Apply.

8. Check the transmission quality and stability in the live view.

Use the computer

1. Click on Remote setting .

2. Navigate to Record and then to Encoding.

3. Select the camera under Channel.

4. Change the FPS to 15 and the Bitrate to 1024.

5. Save your settings with Save.
