Mounting the pole mount

In this guide, you will learn how to mount a Bascom camera to the mast mount (BSM-PLB).

Step 1: Attaching the mount to a mast

The supplied mast clamps (or hose clamps) are suitable for mounting on masts with a diameter of 130–160 mm. They can easily be replaced with clamps of other sizes.

Wrap the two stainless steel bands around the mast and feed them through the side tabs of the mount. Tighten the clamps securely using a screwdriver.

Step 2: Mounting the camera and routing the cable

Feed the camera's connection cable through the center opening of the mast mount and align the camera with the corresponding holes.

Then, screw the camera securely in place using the supplied screws.

Step 3: Alignment and Finalizing

Now, depending on the model, align the camera to cover the area you wish to monitor and remove the protective film from the camera, if present.

You’re all set! Your camera is now securely mounted and ready for use.
